94 Feet needed to start creating excitement and interest in their latest coworking office - the problem - the building wasn’t finished yet and they needed to start rolling out content now.

The Execution

We embraced the younger, sports forward design of their new building to create a dynamic mixed content video to capture their audiences attention. With a mix of locally filmed footage of the surrounding area’s local eats, facilities and transport options and eye-catching graphics, we were able to create one of their most engaged with social content for the year. This video formed part of their digital marketing campaign and was the creative that was responsible for acquiring 75% of leads.
