Sinclair Brook had just finished stage 2 of their Pavilions development and were wanting to create something that helped showcase the experience of their project partners across the completed stages as well as the high quality of the finished product.

The Execution

With a development of this size, we knew that drone footage to capture the true scale of the project and its location was fundamental in showcasing the work Sinclair Brook had put into this site. Coupled with intimate interviews with all the involved parties, we were able to capture the heart of this project and how it is already home to many happy residents with their experience only getting better with each completed stage.
